Reminders
We're having a Reiki Share at the Shoreline Center for Wholistic Health in Guilford this Sunday, February 24, from 10am to noon.
Cost is $10
It's a time to gather and share, giving and receiving the energy of Reiki as a group. Open to Reiki practitioners and those without any official training who would like to become acquainted with these healing energies.
Minute attention is paid to ensure a safe and sacred space.
I'm holding a Reiki I class this weekend. 2-6pm on both Saturday and Sunday. (Total 8 hours of training), at the Shoreline Center for Wholistic Health in Guilford.
Cost $150
The purpose of the Reiki classes is to help you discover the healer within you, and for you to find a purposeful way to express it.
Class includes atunement, certificate and class material.

Anyone of you who might have followed the national news in Sweden, and in particular the local news of Northern Sweden would have heard about the drowning accident of my nephew Marcus.
He went through the ice on his snowmobile and was lost for some time until the snowmobile was found in the bay.
There is chock and there is loss, and there is also the realization of what stands behind all of the stories we hear about in the news. Now I listen to them with different ears, with more compassion and less fear.
There is less fear, because after visiting my family in Sweden, (and listening to Octuvious), I have come to realize that; what we are, is love and all that is in discord with this, is an illusion.
The pain is pain, simply because it is not who we are. It is then wise to make it a visitor. Something we welcome and embrace, for it teaches us many great things. Then we thank it and let it go. Knowing we are now, wiser still.

Wise Words from Octuvious
Precious ones,
There are many things in your lives that seem important, however what is truly important is your connections. Connections teach you about your true nature, because in truth you are connected to everything.
When you feel disconnected, you feel pain. When there is disconnect with your purpose, with your spouse, with your work… you feel pain.
When you experience the connection, connection with the present moment, with family, with ideas, then there is joy.
The reason for this is because when you tap into your essence, you experience all that this essence is. You experience love, joy, beauty and truth.
When you worry about something, let’s say Money, this means that you are not recognizing that within money which is true within yourself.
Money is the energy of abundance. To experience joy with money, is to recognize the abundance within you.
As you go through life, recognize that it is your connections that matter. The more you are able to make your connections joyous ones, the more connected you are to your own essence.
Make your connections to loved ones, joyous connections. Make your connections to your work and to your purpose, joyous connections. Do so by acknowledging the discords, believe in the change and allow it to happen.
If you believe that discords are true and are true representation of reality. Then you will allow them to define you. If you know them to be illusions and that your true identity is that of joyous connections with everything around you, then you can hold this truth in your heart, and you will see your life magically transform.
You have been taught to trust the illusions and distrust yourselves. It is now time for this to change. Our hope for you is that you will be this change.
In our hearts you rest, as we send you love.
