There is a great deal of talk about abundance these days. At least in some circles. There is an awareness that there is abundance, which is growing. This is quite remarkable for this is a new concept in the mindset of people. For many, many centuries Lack has been the main focus for the majority of you, and Abundance has been felt by only a few.

And no, abundance does not mean to have acquired wealth in only one area of life, for often times when this is the case there is misalignment and this causes misery in another area. Hence it is often thought that “rich people are emotionally starving” and “poor people have emotional wealth”. This is not true, the only truth is that a life that is misaligned is misaligned.

True abundance is for those who know life to be abundant in all its aspects.

For instance, there is an abundance of time. If you sit quiet, silencing your mind, you will know this to be true. Not only is time eternal, each moment holds an abundance of time. Whatever the task it is that you feel needs accomplishing, there is plenty of time for you to do so.

The ONLY reason you experience a lack of time is because you say so. You say “there are not enough hours in a day”, “I’ll never get this done on time”, “I must hurry to get this done because I have so much to do and so little time with which to do it.” You say these things, and so you create them.

Time is an energy, and so are you. You create your own time. Tell yourself “there is plenty of time”, “I will have not problem getting this done”, “things will flow beautifully and perfectly today”.

Release your attachment to the need of proving yourself by leading a life so full of importance that it is over-flowing. Telling everyone how busy you are, and how much there is for you to do. Does this make you feel more worthy?

If so, know that there is also an abundance of worth. You do not need to measure up to anything, you are already worthy, you were born worthy and there is nothing you can do to loose your worth.

There is an abundance of financial wealth. There is an abundance of health as well. It is all energy and it all flows with the abundance of the ever expanding universe.

However, to create ones life with access to complete abundance means to take absolute responsibility of your thoughts and your feelings. To blame no one. To know yourself. To love yourself, to forgive and accept yourself.

Sometimes people want things to change as they expect to remain the same. This is not possible; things change because you change. This is law. There is no change outside you, that does not come from you.

To know abundance around you, know abundance within you. Remove blame, remove fear, do not reproach, do not demand. An open heart and an open mind knows abundance. A closed heart and a closed mind does not.
